Refund Policy

  1. If you would like to cancel your purchase of any Premium services, Mentoring services or Live Trading Room Services, please send us a request through our contact us page. (Please provide the link to contact us page.)

  2. Cancellation requests must be issued at least 3 days prior to your established billing date. This will allow us enough time to review your membership and issue a stop payment before you will be billed.

  3. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure the suitability and compatibility of any hardware or software that is required to access the Trading Room.

  4. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Delta Neutral Trading management, but are not guaranteed.
